Principals Visit, Week 3

Welcome to Catholic Education Week 2019

This week our students as part of the 149,000 students  in Catholic Schools engaged in many activities as we partnered together under the theme of Catholic Education Week’s “Many Voices One Spirit.”  Celebrations throughout the week included our school community liturgy on Wednesday morning concluding with a staff luncheon. On Thursday our school leaders and staff attended the Diocesan Mass which highlighted us all belonging and being one in faith through a common heritage.  On Friday we celebrated our sporting culture with our annual Prep to Year 2 sport’s carnival. For the first time we witnessed a draw between Phelan and McAuley Houses as overall winners.  Friday night we celebrated with our Diocese the Docemus Awards where three of our staff Mrs Tina DeCasto, Ronelle Web and Kelly D’Andrea where acknowledged for their contribution to the spirit of Catholic Education. Now that is the spirit of many voices and one spirit!
