Every day our students engage in meditation across the whole school. At St Therese’s we believe that meditation provides opportunities for students and staff in not only their own mental health but meditation helps us to improve our focus and concentration. Meditation also helps improve self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and fostering kindness. Try it at home, you might be surprised at how it helps build stronger family bonds! Now that is the spirit of learning!
