Morning Arrivals
Our school gates open at 7:45am (gate 9 at the train line opens at 8:00am). Please note that supervised duty begins at 8:00am, and for the safety of our students, we kindly ask that parents do not drop students off before 7:45am.
To support a smooth start to the school day, we encourage parents to ensure students arrive before 8:20am, allowing them enough time to prepare for the 8:30am start.
Students arriving after 8:30am must report to the office to be signed in and issued a late slip.
Afternoon Departures
School concludes at 2:50pm, regardless of weather conditions. In the event of wet weather, Robert Road may be closed for student pick-up. Any changes or updates regarding pick up procedures will be communicated to parents via SMS from our administration team.
Important Reminders
· Early Departures: Students departing before 2:50pm must be collected from the Administration Office and signed out.
· Afternoon Supervision: Supervision is provided until 3:10pm. After this time, no supervision is available. Students must be collected by 3:10pm or have a booking with OSHC.
· Late Pick-Up Due to Emergency: If you experience an emergency and expect to be late, please contact the school office on 4081 3400 so that staff can notify your child.
Absentee Notification
To ensure accurate attendance records, please notify the school office if your child will be absent. Frequent absences will be reviewed by a member of the School Leadership Team to support your child’s well-being and engagement.
