Our school gates open at 7:50am however, please not that supervised duty does not start until 8:00am. All students who arrive before 8:00am are to wait outside Gate 1 (next to Administration Office) until gates open.
Parents are encouraged to ensure students arrive at school prior to 8:27am, so they have the time to organise themselves and be ready to start the school day promptly at 8:30am. Students who arrive after 8:30am are required to be signed in at the office and to collect a late slip.
Departures
Students leaving before 2.50pm need to be collected from the office and signed out.
In the event of very wet weather, parents arriving early may pick their children up from the classrooms after 2:30pm. Parents will be advised of this at the time. This helps to alleviate some of the congestion from the school roundabout.
Teachers are rostered on duty in the afternoon until 3:05pm. If you have an emergency and are going to be late, please contact the school office to allow the Administration Staff to inform your child.
Absentees
The school office is to be notified by a phone call or email if a student is absent or going to be absent from school. Parents may leave a phone message (option 2) by phoning 07 4081 3400 before 8am or after 4pm.
Consistent absenteeism will be followed up by a member of the School Leadership Team.
