At St Therese’s Primary School, fostering a happy and safe environment is central to supporting effective learning. We strongly value collaboration between students, staff, and parents, and believe that working together ensures the best possible educational outcomes for all.
Parents are encouraged to engage in open and respectful conversations about their child’s learning, wellbeing, and any concerns they may have. Through early communication and a shared approach, concerns can be addressed promptly and effectively. Likewise, students are encouraged to speak with their classroom teacher, a member of the leadership team, or another trusted adult if they have any problems, concerns, or complaints.
Open communication and a supportive, respectful culture are at the heart of our school community.
